This page defines the first real input template for cycle_x_0001. It is used when actual structured audit outputs, source references, internal trace references, or manually structured research notes become available for candidate_a and candidate_b. Filling this form does not classify evidence strength or assign result_status.
candidate_a and candidate_b have already been reviewed as limited_candidate. This intake form records the actual data attachment required before either candidate can become source-backed and return to conversion review.
No real structured audit output has been attached yet. The current operational task is to attach one actual input for candidate_a and one actual input for candidate_b.
Current status before actual data intake.
Current status before actual data intake.
Fill this structure when the first real structured audit output or source reference becomes available for candidate_a.

These fields keep the first real input auditable before attachment review begins.
Stable identifier for the attached real input, such as attach_candidate_a_0001.
Type of real input, such as structured_audit_output, source_reference, internal_trace_reference, hash_or_export_reference, or manual_structured_research_note.
Human-readable or system-readable reference to the source material, output, export, trace, file, or note.
Optional but preferred trace identifier or hash used to preserve source integrity and later auditability.
A short neutral summary of what the input contains, without interpreting it as evidence strength.
A normalized description of the input in Cycle X evidence language, prepared for attachment review.
Actual data intake becomes ready for attachment review only when the basic identity, timing, source, traceability, and boundary checks are present.
Allowed only if the required intake fields are present and the claim boundary is explicitly preserved.
Required when one or more intake basics are missing or unclear.
This snapshot records the current intake status before the first real candidate attachments are entered.

Actual Data Intake records that real inputs have been attached or are ready to be reviewed. It does not determine whether the input supports, weakens, proves, or disproves Ψ_T. Evidence classification begins only after source_record review, group-level readiness, and structured Ψ_T reading.
